3. pants

This Agreement is concluded for

an indefinite period of time. It may be terminated by written

notification through diplomatic channels by either Contracting

Party and shall cease to be in force six months after such notice

has been received.

Done at Copenhagen, 31st August

1995, in duplicate, in the Latvian, Danish and English languages,

all texts being equally authentic. In case of any divergence of

interpretation of the provisions of the Agreement, the English

text shall prevail.
