Sub-paragraph (d) of Article

27 of Protocol B shall be amended to read as follows:

"(d) movement certificates EUR.1

or invoice declaration proving the originating status of

materials used, issued or made out in an EFTA State or Latvia in

accordance with this Protocol, or in one of the other countries

or the European Community as referred to in Articles 3 and 4, in

accordance with rules of origin which are identical to the rules

in this Protocol."
