Licensee may request from the Government and the Government

shall provide such data and information from outside the Blocks

which is shown to be reasonably required for the safe and

efficient conduct of Petroleum Operations and the protection of

the environment. Licensee shall reimburse the Government for any

direct expenses it may incur in providing the safety related or

environmental protection data requested, except the data above

referred that shall be provided free of charge to Licensee.
