This MOU will remain in effect

until the agreed training and deployment has been completed.

If the NATO operation in

Bosnia-Herzegovina is renamed before the expiration of this MOU,

it will not affect this MOU. In case the overall operational

conditions change, due to alterations, change in the mandate,

decisions to re-deploy units to other NATO missions, or to other

circumstances, the Participants will enter into

consultations.
