Technical Capability and

Legislation:

The Ministry of the Interior of

the Republic of Latvia intends to cooperate with other

competent authorities of the Republic of Latvia to operate and

maintain any records, systems, or programs necessary to

effectuate the security commitments mentioned in this

Memorandum of Understanding. The Ministry of the Interior of

the Republic of Latvia intends to take all steps necessary to

effectuate the security commitments listed in this Memorandum

of Understanding.
