Failure to comply with the

UNEP procedures governing the use of the funds may lead to UNEP

halting further funding under the current MoU as well as other

UNEP funded biosafety related activities, and/or may lead to a

request for the reimbursement of the funds allocated for this

purpose to the NEA.
