The NEA shall retain, for a

period of three years, all supporting documentation relating to

financial transactions under this Memorandum. If requested, the

NEA shall facilitate an audit by the United Nations Board of

Auditors and/or the Internal Audit Service of the accounts of the

Memorandum.
