If the Project Promoter is a

private entity and the Focal Point shows that it has and is

taking appropriate measures to recover the funds from the Project

Promoter, the NMFA can decide to give the Focal Point up to one

year to reimburse the requested funds. In such a case, the NMFA

can also decide to contribute up to 50% of reasonable legal fees

related to the recovery of the funds.
