Having regard to:

- Regulation (EU) No 2021/1060 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 June 2021 laying down common provisions on the European Development Fund, the European Social European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development and the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund and laying down general provisions on the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund, the Cohesion Fund and the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund and financial rules for those and for the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund, the Internal Security Fund and the Instrument for Financial Support for Border Management and Visa Policy,

- Regulation (EU) No 2021/1058 of the European Parliament and the Council of 24 June 2021 on the European Regional Development Fund and on the Cohesion Fund,

- Regulation (EU) No 2021/1059 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 June 2021 on specific provisions for the European territorial cooperation goal (Interreg) supported by the European Regional Development Fund and external financing instruments,

- The Interreg VI-A Estonia-Latvia Programme 2021—2027, as validated by the Joint Programming Committee of the Estonia-Latvia programme 2021—2027 on 6th January 2022

the Republic of Latvia:

Article 1

Agrees to the contents of the Interreg VI-A Estonia-Latvia Programme 2021—2027 (hereinafter — the Programme).

Article 2

Is committed to provide national co-financing to the Programme technical assistance budget for the implementation of the Programme in accordance with Annex 1 of this Agreement.

The co-financing of operations is responsibility of beneficiaries.
