Agreement to the contents of the Interact IV 2021-2027 Interreg Programme and confirmation of national co-financingHaving regard to the EU regulations laying down provisions on the Union Funds, in particular Regulation (EU) No 2021/1060 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 June 2021 laying down common provisions on the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund Plus, the Cohesion Fund, the Just Transition Fund and the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund and financial rules for those and for the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund, the Internal Security Fund and the Instrument for Financial Support for Border Management and Visa Policy ('CPR'), and Regulation (EU) No 2021/1059 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 June 2021 on specific provisions for the European territorial cooperation goal (Interreg) supported by the European Regional Development Fund and external financing instruments ('Interreg Regulation'), as well as the Interact IV 2021-2027 Interreg Programme, as approved by the Interact IV Programming Committee on 25 October 2021 and with specific reference to Article 16.5 of the Interreg regulation, Latvia agrees to the following:

We confirm our agreement to the content of the Interact IV 2021-2027 Interreg Programme ('Programme').

We commit to provide the national co-financing necessary to implement the Programme in the amount and according to the timetable set out in Annex 1 to this agreement.
