We acknowledge that the IMF

advises us against the implementation of the proposal to create a

Financial Services Center in one of the existing free economic

zones due to the potential fiscal implications of such

undertaking. While our anti-money laundering legislation is in

line with international practice, we recognize the need to

enhance its enforcement. To this end, we will vigorously pursue

reports of suspicious activity identified by the Money Laundering

Board (MLB).
