The airlines designated by the Government of the Kingdom
of Thailand shall be entitled to operate scheduled air services
in both directions on the route specified hereafter:
Points of origin: Points in the Kingdom of
Thailand
Points of destination: Points in the Republic of
Latvia
Roving points: Any two intermediate points
