Standards of

Conduct

USTDA and the Grantee recognize

the existence of standards of conduct for public officials, and

commercial entities, in their respective countries. The parties

to this Grant Agreement and the Contractor shall observe these

standards, which include not accepting payment of money or

anything of value, directly or indirectly, from any person for

the purpose of illegally or improperly inducing anyone to take

any action favorable to any party in connection with the TA.
