Šis Protokols stājas spēkā pēc pēdējā rakstiskā paziņojuma

saņemšanas no Pusēm, kas apstiprina, ka ir izpildītas visas

nepieciešamās iekšējās procedūras, lai tas stātos spēkā.

Parakstīts Rīgā 23.09.2013., divos eksemplāros, katrs no tiem

latviešu, gruzīnu un angļu valodās. Visi teksti ir vienlīdz

autentiski. Dažādu šī Protokola noteikumu Pušu interpretācijas

gadījumā noteicošais ir teksts angļu valodā.

Protocol Amending The Agreement Between The Government of the

Republic of Latvia And The Government of Georgia On Mutual

Protection of Classified Information

The Government of the Republic of Latvia and the Government of

the Republic of Georgia, hereinafter referred to as the

"Parties",

DESIRING to amend the "Agreement between the Government

of the Republic of Latvia and the Government of Georgia on Mutual

Protection of Classified Information", signed in Riga on 6

July 2005,

Have agreed as follows:

Article 1

Paragraph 1 of Article 6 (Security Classifications) shall be

amended and shall read as follows:

Article 2

This Protocol shall enter into force upon the receipt of the

last written notification from the Parties confirming the

completion of all necessary internal procedures for its entry

into force.

Done in Riga on September 23, 2013, in two copies, each in

Latvian, Georgian and English languages. All texts are equally

authentic. In case of divergence in the interpretation of the

provisions of this Protocol by the Parties, the text in English

shall prevail.
