Apņemas nodrošināt nepieciešamo nacionālo līdzfinansējumu, kas norādīts sadarbības programmā un šīs piekrišanas pielikumā, lai īstenotu URBACT IV programmas aktivitātes, tostarp tehnisko palīdzību.

Member State Agreement

Having regard to the EU regulations laying down provisions on the Structural Funds, in particular Regulations (EU) No 2021/1060 [CPR], No 2021/1058 [ERDF] and No 2021/1059 [ETC] of the European Parliament and of the Council, as well as the URBACT IV cooperation programme with the CCI 2021TC16FFIR001, as validated by the Programming Committee by Written Procedure on 1st September 2021 and with specific reference to article 16 (5) of the Regulation No 2021/1059 [ETC], Latvia agrees to the following:

Article 1

Latvia confirms its agreement to the content of the URBACT IV 2021-2027 Cooperation Programme.

Article 2

Latvia commits to provide the co-financing necessary as presented in the Cooperation Programme and annexed to the present agreement to implement the URBACT IV programme activities, including Technical Assistance.
