Information from the Republic of Latvia bearing the marking

of "KONFIDENCIĀLI" or "DIENESTA VAJADZĪBĀM"

shall be treated as "HEMLIG" by civil entities in the

Kingdom of Sweden unless otherwise requested in writing by the

Originating Party."

This Annex replaces the original text of Article 2, and will

enter into force upon signature of the Government of the Republic

of Latvia and the Government of the Kingdom of Sweden.

Done in Stockholm on 08.10.2010. in duplicate in the Latvian,

Swedish and English language, all three texts equally authentic.

In case of different interpretation of this Annex the English

text will prevail.
