RETURN OF

MATERIALS

6.1. In the event of termination

of the Agreement or this Implementing Annex, all hard copy /

digital geodetic and geophysical data, publications, and

related GIS materials that have already been exchanged,

excluding hard copy / digital geodetic and geophysical data,

publications, and related GIS materials on loan, need not be

returned and shall remain the property of the holder unless

otherwise agreed.

7.

VALIDITY

7.1. This Implementing Annex

shall enter into effect on the date of the last signature and

shall remain in effect in accordance with Article XIV

(AMENDMENT, TERMINATION, ENTRY INTO EFFECT AND DURATION) of the

Agreement.

8.

SIGNATURES

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the

undersigned, being duly authorized, have signed this

Implementing Annex.

Prepared in duplicate, in the

English and Latvian languages, each of which shall be of equal

authenticity. One copy in each language shall be duly signed

and exchanged between the Parties.
