This ESA may be amended by the

mutual consent of the Parties or their designated

representatives. All amendments shall be in writing, and shall

become effective upon the date of the last written approval.

Separate TAs may be amended by agreement of the Parties, and

signed by competent authority, without affecting the basic intent

of this ESA.
