Notification

and Maintenance of Medical Records

(1) The infirmary has the right to

request the Participants for medical documents and records

required for medical support.

(2) Members of a BALTBAT HQ will

carry copies of his/her own personal medical documents and

records while being posted to the BALTBAT HQ.

(3) Upon termination of treatment

originals or copies of all medical records prepared during

outpatient care will be forwarded in confidence to the military

medical services of the Participant to which the patient belongs.

In the case of possible serious consequences to the collective

health of personnel, actions can be taken in accordance with

regulations of respective national Health acts and International

law.
