6. pants

This Agreement shall be signed by representatives of the Governments of all Member States, the Republic of Austria, the Kingdom of Belgium, the Kingdom of Denmark, the Republic of Finland, the Republic of France, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Republic of Greece, the Republic of Ireland, the Republic of Italy, the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, the Republic of Portugal, the Kingdom of Spain, the Kingdom of Sweden, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland in 15 originals. It shall enter into force on the date of the last signature and shall apply for the duration of the implementation of the CIP including the preparation of the final report according to Art. 37 of Regulation 1260/1999 and the winding up of the whole programme.
