Paragraph 1 of Article

15 of Protocol B shall be amended to read as follows:

"1. Non-originating materials

used in the manufacture of products originating in an EFTA State,

in Latvia or in one of the other countries or the European

Community as referred to in Articles 3 and 4 for which a proof of

origin is issued or made out in accordance with the provisions of

Title V shall not be subject in an EFTA State or Latvia to

drawback of, or exemption from, customs duties of whatever

kind."
