1Šo Nolīgumu Puses apstiprinās to

2noteiktajā kārtībā.

3Šis Nolīgums stājas spēkā otrā

4mēneša pirmajā dienā pēc dienas, kad Puses rakstveidā paziņo

5viena otrai, ka pirmajā daļā minētās procedūras ir pabeigtas.

6Ciktāl šis Nolīgums attiecas uz

7Kopienas un Krievijas attiecībām, tas, neskarot 22. panta 1., 3.

8un 5. punktu, aizstāj Nolīgumu starp Eiropas Ekonomikas Kopienu

9un Eiropas Atomenerģijas Kopienu un Padomju Sociālistisko

10Republiku Savienību par tirdzniecību un komerciālu un ekonomisku

11sadarbību, kas noslēgts Briselē 1989. gada 18. decembrī.
